What Sets Caroline Apart
Caroline’s degree in Engineering, her extensive network of contacts in industry, government and research, and her thorough understanding of academics from the inside, particularly in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, set her apart from the vast majority of career development consultants. But perhaps her most important quality is her innate ability to connect to young adults, helping them to recognize their own strengths and the wealth of opportunities that can be theirs with a strategic approach to their education and careers. In the words of people she has helped…
“Caroline’s genuine passion for helping students to succeed always shines through. She is concerned not only with helping her clients achieve their current goals, but also takes the initiative to help them plan for their futures and opens up possibilities that they had not even begun to consider.”
“I think more than anything, at least in my experience, you were EMPOWERING.”
“Caroline has a knack for recognizing strengths and weaknesses as well as personality traits. I really clicked with the professor Caroline put me in contact with. I loved the research and his supervisory style worked well with my personality. He became my master’s supervisor three years later and I would have never even known his name in first year if it was not for Caroline.”
“Most memorable would be a sense of empowerment I felt while speaking with you – I felt that my dreams could become a reality and there was a simple plan to achieve these objectives”
“Caroline is refreshingly in-tune with the challenges and tough decisions faced by students and is well-connected to the academic world. Her wisdom and unwavering encouragement, friendliness and approachability empowered me to land a dream job at NASA, national scholarships, and admission to a prestigious graduate program in Hawaii.”
“Caroline gave me so many great connections and opportunities that helped me develop personally and professionally, and helped me discover new and exciting careers I never thought existed. Now I have a successful career that I truly love!”
